Dear Jeff Bezos,

I’m alarmed to learn of the reports that Amazon is interfering with workers’ rights to organize, by investing significant resources in monitoring workers and the perceived ‘threat’ of potential trade union activity.

You say you appreciate your workers – but if you are serious about this, you must respect their right to unionize and guarantee the rights of workers who act collectively and speak out on human rights issues within their workplace.

I stand with Amazon workers and will be closely following this issue to see what changes you make to ensure their rights are truly respected.
